We are delighted to back running our herbal workshops with The House of St Barnabas in the heart of Soho.
Join us for an evening workshop guiding you through the healing properties of herbs. The workshop will explore a number of culinary, medicinal and wild herbs and how to combine them into herbal tea blends. As part of the session you will make a set of herbal tea bags to take home. There will be a focus on seasonal herbs to support immunity and general wellbeing.
The session covers:
The health benefits, properties and histories of a mix of common and lesser known herbs
Creating remedies suited to the seasons
