The session will cover:
An introduction to aromatherapy and how to use essential oils safely on the skin
An overview of our favourite natural ingredients for optimal skin health
Our recommended herbal and essential oil blends, recipes and combinations
Starter formulations for making your own skincare including oils and balms for the face and body
Follow along at home with a live demo; blend your own skin oil and join in with a mini facial massage routine
Time for questions and troubleshooting
