Fermentation is one of the oldest forms of food preservation and common in many different cultures around the world. Fermenting vegetables not only preserves them, but also makes them super tasty and even healthier!
In this workshop we will demonstrate how to make two classic ferments - Saeurkraut and Kimchi. You’ll receive a list of the ingredients a few days before so you can make your own at the same time (optional).
But above all, we will go over all the basics of fermentation, so you’ll be able to create your own ferments with whatever veg you like and have available.
Ticket price includes the 2-hour online session along with handouts and recipes.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or date changes on purchased tickets unless these are made within 24 hours of you making a purchase. When you are booking your ticket, please make sure you can attend on the date selected. Occasionally we are able to swap your ticket to a later date but this is only if we are able to re-sell your ticket to someone on a waiting list.
