The session will cover:
An overview of the harvesting calendar including what you can harvest in your garden and from wild spaces
Correct methods for harvesting different herbs
Different methods for drying and storing your herbs
Introduction to herbs and their medicinal properties
Simple ideas for making remedies including herbal teas, infused oils and vinegars
Time for questions and troubleshooting
Ticket price includes the 2-hour online session along with detailed handouts with recipes that will be emailed over to you. It also includes signposting to places where you can source materials from (for UK).
Group size limited to 15 people.
