The session will cover:
An introduction to a number of herbs that can support minds and bodies over autumn and winter
The properties of a range of culinary, wild and medicinal herbs that can help keep us healthy as the seasons change
An overview of how to blend and brew herbal infusions and decoctions
Simple ideas for using herbs to make remedies for coughs and colds
Time for questions and troubleshooting
Ticket price includes the 2-hour online session along with detailed handouts with recipes that will be emailed over to you. It also includes signposting to places where you can source materials from (for UK).
