Tutorial 1 // How to sow seeds

In this video you will learn how to sow seeds at home. Here we are sowing lettuce seeds but you can use the same method with other vegetable, herb and flower seeds.

If you don’t have a plat pot or a module tray you can make your own using a plastic pot (yoghurt pot, take away container etc.).

Some other seeds you can grow indoors in March:

Edibles: lettuce, spinach, peas, tomatoes, chillies

Herbs: marigold, borage, parsley,

Flowers: sweet peas, french marigolds, cosmos
