Join us for an open afternoon at our garden in Hackney Wick in celebration of the summer solstice.

We will have a mix of free activities for all ages including seed sowing, craft activities and face painting.

There will be herbal tea blends and cake to purchase. We will also have a small plant sale as part of the event.

To close the event we will all gather together around the fire, share some stories about the Solstice and there will be an invitation to set intentions for the season ahead.

Event Schedule

2.30pm - 5.30pm Garden Opens - Herbal Tea, Cakes, Plant Sale in the Herb Garden

3.00pm - 5.00pm Activities + Workshops in the Big Garden:

• Facepainting

• Seed Sowing Drop-In Workshop

• Make a Nature Weaving Board Drop-In Workshop

5.30pm - 6.00pm Gathering around the fire in the Big Garden for a Solstice ritual

6.00pm Event finishes

We are trying to minimise the use of disposable cups so please bring your own mug for drinks. There will be a 20p cup fee.

The event will take place outdoors at Trowbridge Gardens (in Hackney Wick) - in both the Herb Garden (entrance on Trowbridge Road) and the Big Garden (entrance on Chapman Street).
